Harold Davis, CPA

Industry Specialties: Real Estate, Manufacturing, Small Business, Professional Service Firms

Harold started his career in 1979 with then “big eight” firm, Touche Ross and Co. With the demise of the Youngstown industrial base, all the big firms left town and Harold started Harold Davis, CPA merging into Yurchyk & Davis and Tablack CPAs (later Yurchyk and Davis CPAs) where he was CEO for 19 years. In 2008 Harold, left Yurchyk and Davis CPAs, became a certified business coach, and founded HD Davis CPAs, LLC.

Harold grew up in an entrepreneurial family.  In addition to being an accountant, he also owns businesses in the hotel, restaurant, and real estate industries.  He gives back to the community sitting on various boards of local non-profits. When Harold isn’t in the office you might find him on the golf course with his wife, Marilyn (who has 2 “hole-in-ones”). Harold and Marilyn have three children, Max, Rachael and Abbie. You might see Harold’s alter-ego “Harmonica Harry” playing harmonica with local bands or starring in various local shows at the Oakland Center for the Arts.
